I am fairly open minded when it comes to music, to a point anyways, but I think I share the same musical tastes as a great many other people. As far as my absolute favorites I would say hard rock from the 60's-70's, classic country (willie, charlie pride, kenny rogers, etc), old school blues (muddy waters, etc), oldies from the 50's and 60's, modern swing, folk music, and just tons more. I can, when in the mood, handle some classic disco tunes, some modern country, and more. For the most part I do not like rap or hip-hop at all. I can handle a few rap songs if they aren't too "mother f***er mother f***er mother f***er...kill whitey" i like a few kid rock tunes, a couple of old school sugar hill gang. A hip hop tune like the Fugees covering Bohemian Rhapsody or Killing me softly are cool. So, as you see, I love music. Of course I love writing lyrics, singing and strumming my guitar..

I have a limited circle of books I like. Fantasy Fiction mostly. The Sword of Shannara series. Lord of the Rings OF COURSE. A few Science Fiction books are okay just not star wars or star trek books (only the movies for those). The occasional poetry compilation. I like books that are a series, for seemingly silly reasons, in that if I really love a book I dont want the story to end so I like long series. HA! I enjoy writing as a hobby but don't do anything with it for the most part outside of a small poetry book I published on lulu.com called The Writing on the Wall. Feel free to buy it!! Oh my God, I am a movie fanatic! Maybe a movie JUNKIE. I absolutely L-O-V-E movies. All types. I enjoy movies of every genre out there with the exception of maybe a few really boring "chick flick" love stories. I will try to list a few of my very FAV's though. Hmmm.... Blazing Saddles, Young Frankenstein, The Jerk, anything with Zero Mostel, Rocky, Terminator, Poltergeist, Shining, Gone in 60 seconds (the original not the crap remake), anything with Clint Eastwood, anything with Goldie Hawn, Boogie Nights, man I could go on for days. I am the priest of my own little religion that worships movies. I am even working on my own screenplay. :)

I don't want much regular TV. Though if I do like a series I try to watch it faithfully. Comedies mostly. I used to be a TV addict when I was a kid. All the old funnies like Happy Days, Laverne and Shirley. I love Mork & Mindy and Three's company. I used to watch the Cosby show and the Brady Bunch. Lately I watch That 70's Show, Raymond here and there. I loved Seinfeld. South Park now and then. ..and I watch the food network. I love Rachel Wray. I like watching Ellen when I can too. Also a big fan of Whose Line is it anyway (US version and British version) I like some of the older british shows like Monty Python, Benny Hilly and Are you being served. I like Mr Bean a lot but didnt care for the movie very much.

I have a gazillion hobbies (no really, that is a number). I can be found online a lot playing a multi-player game called There, which isn't so much a game as a virtual world. Writing (poetry, stories, screenplays, song lyrics), playing rhythm guitar, singing, karaoke (singing and occasionally hosting), almost anything to do with the computer, Online games like There, WW2 Online, Toontown. Chatting, Ueichi Ryu Karate, Fishing, Camping, Sketching, Oil Painting, Cooking (only from scratch no boxes!), Motorcycles and the list goes on and on and on and on and on and on....
